Good morning Peter, too often in this industry we only hear about complaints and excuses and not much else. But the purpose of this email is just the opposite , to you and your staff I want to thank you for the help and courtesy that you showed toward my customer David Nunn. He was on a very tight schedule and through no fault of yours was delayed in returning to his place of employment. You extended yourselves that little bit extra and I personally thank you very much for that.
